Will this traveler need to float within scope to meet facility needs/float between like units/sister facilities? Yes, floating will depend on unit's needs
Required/Preferred
Years of experience REQ: 1 yr
Experience Preferred: Ambulatory/Outpatient, surgical patient experience
Experience REQ: phlebotomy and IV insertion
First-timers accepted: Y/N-No
License REQ: SC or Multi State/Compact RN license
Certs REQ: BLS
Patient population/about the position: pre and post bariatric/gi surgical patient population. Adults only. Working with a team of 3 RN's and 1 CMA who help to room patients, provide education and teaching pre-operatively, and assist with Mychart messaging/inbasket messages such as post op surgical complications, patient symptom calls, prescription refills, prior authorizations, etc. Care team members occasionally admit patients directly from clinic to inpatient or to ER.
